PRIVACY POLICY:

Any information we collect in is strictly confidential. Vue Real Estate Marketing does not share or sell information to third party companies. When a client enters their contact information, it is only used internally and for future promotional marketing by us, via E-mail .

APPOINTMENT REQUESTS:

To ensure the best quality of your final product, please be sure the property of service is ready prior to the scheduled appointment.

By confirming your appointment, you agree to the readiness expectations on the scheduled date and time you have requested. Meaning, working with the builder and seller to ensure the home is photo and/or video ready. For liability purposes, Vue Real Estate Marketing does not handle or participate in any of the preparations for the readiness of the property. This includes, but not limited to, cleaning and moving of furniture, or toiletries. Our photographers are on a schedule and will also not be able to wait around for preparations to take place once they arrive on site.

WEATHER POLICY:

Vue Real Estate Marketing does not charge to reschedule due to weather related circumstances. Unless specified by the client, the photographer of Vue Real Estate Marketing will intend to be onsite at the scheduled time regardless of weather conditions. It is up to the client to reschedule in advance before the scheduled time.

NOTE: Vue Real Estate Marketing cannot provide aerial/drone services during rain, snow or hazardous wind conditions. Free aerial photos offered in The Standard Vue and Total Vue package are non deferrable and will be forfeit based on weather conditions.

USAGE AND RIGHTS:

Ownership of all content produced by Vue Real Estate Marketing belongs entirely to Vue Real Estate Marketing and may be utilized on any social media for advertising and promotion on its behalf. Services purchased by a client may be uploaded to any social media or MLS listing services as well as marketing materials and campaigns solely for the promotion of the listing, during the pendency of this agreement. Any usage of the content by a third party, including but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by ​Vue Real Estate Marketing.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS:

Vue Real Estate Marketing reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or refuse to schedule subsequent photo shoots until an account is made current. All sessions are required to be paid for prior to the release of the service. A preview of the service will be available accompanied by watermarks. All the work of Vue Real Estate Marketing meets our customers' satisfaction. However, if for a valid reason you are not happy with the images we will return and retake them at no cost.

Additionally, please carefully read our preparation tips in order to avoid any misunderstandings.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING:

By confirming your appointment, you agree to provide notice of cancellation at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee of $50 will be billed to you if you cancel with less than an 8 hour notice.

  3. Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile service provider for details on rates and charges.

  4. Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying 'STOP' to the received message. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message to confirm your request.

  5. Support: For support or assistance regarding SMS messages, reply 'HELP' to any received message or contact our customer support team at contact@realvues.com.
